Updates to format

Besides a character issue, just a few other concerns ON NURIENT_A:

If there I no data, do not sent |||||||
Also is the % sign in the table or is PLU generating it dynamically? PLM will be sending in the % sign in its own field – can that be added after the percentage qty
Is the dagger symbol part of the % field?; I was expecting this to be in it’s own bucket separated by pipes

PLM changed their order of the values:
The 6th position should be the RDA % value (currently this is 7)
The 7th position should be the % sign (currently not sent)
The 8th position should be the footnote symbol, for example the dagger † (currently included with the RDA % value)
