Step 1: Red blocks with sleeping rooms / meeting space
Step 2: Purple date blocks and template selection

Language and subtle layout changes required to accommodate the new flow where recipients are located in the second step rather than the first.

• Move headline away from "Event Data" into instructional "Tell us what you need" CTA style headline
• Use left side for selection of date configuration
• Use right side for template selection

Planners may have a variety of date configurations for their event. As such, the app must be flexible in the date configuration wizard.

Options should be updated as follows:

A. I have specific dates for my program
Enter your event dates: Start Date / End Date (Meeting Space Only)
Enter your sleeping room dates: Check-In / Check-Out (Sleeping Rooms & Meeting Space or Sleeping Rooms Only)

B. I have a date range for my program (works with sleeping rooms and/or meeting space)
Enter date range: xx/xx/xxxx - xx/xx/xxxx (use calendar widget to select dates)

C. I have a preferred pattern with a date range (works with sleeping rooms and/or meeting space)
Enter preferred pattern: O Sunday O Monday O Tuesday O Wednesday O Thursday O Friday O Saturday Enter date range: xx/xx/xxxx - xx/xx/xxxx (use calendar widget to select dates)

D I would like to type out my date needs

When adding a new day to the program planner, the previous day’s events/model gets wiped.

Gallery should instead be a single button prompt to “insert logo here”

• Check CVB page for boulder sales rep info
• Update autocomplete values in demo with the boulder cvb reps

As a planner, I want to easily express a variety of date configurations so that my RFP is pre-configured with this data when I start to author my RFP.

Boilerplate content should be updated with new values from George. This will be the default skeleton for an untemplated draft.

RFP Recipients should be removed from Step 1 and moved into the sidebar widget that contains Gallery, etc.

Tasks

• Create layout box in sidebar widget for the RFP Recipients to live
• Update menuState model to allow control over newly created sidebar widget
• Remove RFP Recipients from Step 1
• Insert RFP Recipients input into Step 2 sidebar widget

Pre flight questions should appear reversed. Meeting rooms and sleeping rooms should be in the left hand column and the date planning should go onto the right side.

Day planner should be instead called “Program Planner”
