Bugs/Improvements

1. => "Connect to Bluetooth" dialog.
   (1) - On open, start discovery
   (3) - Bonding to device
   - View
   (1) - Spinner while discovering
   (1) - Update buttons to reflect state
2. => "Stop logging" dialog.
   (1) - Display
   (1) - Stops the process and not fail
   (1) - Actually saves and deletes the Trip
3. => Dashboard Page.
   (1) - Add default page of a List of all parameters when profile setup
   - (May be sorted with the above change) Destroy the page from
   the DashboardPage content when profile changed
   (2) - Move menu inflation to individual pages
   (3) - Page types in "Create a new page dialog"
4. => Distribute to testers, after all 1's are sorted!

Could be to do with the destroying fragment within "dialog_device_search.xml"!
