Ik ben begonnen en heb wat in elkaar gezet waar we misschien vanuit kunnen werken, het is enkel een simpele terrein render met een slide window. Het is gebouwd op een nieuwe versie van OpenGL, namelijk 4. Het is dus niet helemaal zoals in de practica. Ik denk dat makkelijker is en het is sneller.

Ik heb nu een Code::Blocks project bestand bijgevoegd, ik denk dat het makkelijker is om Makefiles te genereren en die op de repo te laten staan. Misschien kunnen we volgende week bij elkaar komen om te overleggen wie wat gaat doen.

check if phong shading can be implemented.

FlappyNator:

• Robot Bird (The FlappyNator)
• FlappyNator should be able to use a bazooka (because normal weapons are too mainstream)
• FlappyNator should have an ultimate skill 😄 For example: glow and shoot faster

Movement:

• Standard movement, FlappyNator should move forward but also fall down (because gravity > bird)
• FlappyNator should be able to jump (flap the wings when a button is pressed)
• Tilt implementation, such that the bullets should be aimed at the bird's orientation

Bullets:

• Represented with textured quads
• Maybe explosion when hitting something

Background:

• Made up of a 3D height-field terrain and lit with a Phong Model
• Special effects: Let it snow, burn madafaka, etc.

Others:

• There should be obstacles
• Final boss
• Mini enemies
• Use more techniques
