smsUserConsent.requestPhoneNumber()

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Failed resolution of: Lcom/google/android/gms/auth/api/credentials/Credentials;
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Didn't find class "com.google.android.gms.auth.api.credentials.Credentials" on

Tried the plugin with targetSdk set to 31.
Upon smsUserConsent.requestPhoneNumber(), above exception is thrown.

Please let know any workaround or update plugin with the fix.

I have 1 popup to show OTP input but if I close that popup suddenly and I called dispose but then still show permission screen: SMS_CONSENT_REQUEST, is it possible to add a function to actively stop sms retrieved?
