tutorial rewrite about sivi HOT 2 OPEN

Reviewing earlier suggestions, am going to propose handling in this order:

1. Graphic for title
2. Spacing on TOC is not great. Make this section both more compact and consider blocking it off or setting it off somehow. (Check other sites for how this is handled.) Bullet point spacing is not great.
3. In between the sections "Compiling and Running" and "The GUI Explained" include a new section on the basic theory (see item 1 of the first comment)
4. Add a section for the Menu Bar forms: Settings, Animation Panel
5. I wonder if there is anything we can do to make the template easier to use? Perhaps a demo program that can be downloaded?
