sv_aura_infinite_ammo CVar

Sourced from ValveSoftware/halflife#2598:

I think it would be good to add a sprite (that is the infinity symbol, ∞) replacing the clip/ammo count when mp_infinite_ammo is 1 or 2 (the same goes for mp_infinite_grenades being set to 1). With Half-Life's open source code, I made all weapons have their clip always set to 100 and then I replaced the clip count with an infinity symbol from Counter-Strike: Online.

Convert to CMake for cross-compatibility across platforms

ZAMNHLMP 2.6, which may release by the end of this month, will use Aura 2.0 which will support not only Windows but Linux and macOS too. The clientside binary for Aura is already in CMake, but this isn't. Therefore, we have to convert this to a CMake project, rather than just an MSVC one, so that you can build this for Windows, Linux and macOS all with one compiler.
