Yes, although the two extra ADC pins mentioned here 
http://arduino.cc/en/Hacking/PinMapping168 have not been implemented (nor have 
I looked to even see what they are).

Notice that the pinout mentioned at http://arduino.cc/en/Hacking/PinMapping168 
covers both the ATMega 168 and ATMega 328, and the latter is what was used to 
create this library. The differences between the two, then, revolve largely 
around the memory capacity.
