Could you tell me what "With version 1.0 it is working correctly and the
interrupt is created." means? It sounds like you don't have the problem under
1.0, but above you say that you do have the problem.
There is definitely a bug in versions 1.4 through 1.5. Try 1.6beta and let me
know. Thanks.

The PinChangeInt_simpleV2.ino sketch works fine under Arduino 1.0 and
PinChangeInt v1.6beta. I tested v 1.51 and it most definitely does not.
