Here is the printer definition and extruder definitions I use with Cura. It's ONLY the definitions. It seems to fix a number of problems, possibly because now Cura has the correct limits for motor speeds, etc., and nozzle temperature time constants.

About nozzle time constants: I measured them with my printer using the stock nozzles. The cooldown rate turned out to be 1/4 of Cura's default, so nozzles stay hotter longer than Cura would expect by default. They heat up in my printer only about 25% faster than Cura expects, so I doubt that makes much different, but could, I suppose, lead to a little oozing. I expect the timing would be different if a replacement nozzle were not brass, significantly heavier or lighter, differently shaped, etc. So, these parameters really need to be customized by the printer owner.

I develop profiles according to what seems to work for various filaments, without regard for "intents."
