We should update the template files with the new generator-phovea v3 to update the dependencies.

Observed behavior

• log.debug() does not work with the current configuration and the logs are needed to fix the current LDAP issue after the Python 3.7 migration.

Expected behavior

• change log.debug() to log.info() in order to retrieve the necessary information to solve the issue

e.g. when need to authenticate to a third party rest server

We should use the latest versions both for requirements and dependencies.
Except for Typescript, tslint and d3 dependencies, which will be updated in a separate step.
