rubberduck retro or rubberduck retrospective pull the last 7 days of notes (sequentially) and then today's, with some variation of the following prompts:

• What did you accomplish this week?
• What mistakes did you make?
• What could you have done better?
• What went well?
• What did not go well?
• What did you learn?
• What still puzzles me?

Support pre-file arg and post-file arg.

Example:
nvim <file> +Goyo to use the Goyo plugin for Vim. Unclear what other post-file args people would want to use, but makes sense not to hardcode it to this specific plugin.
