erlang's Issues

Implement Erlang A

Since Erlang C does not take abandonment into account, an implementation of Erlang A would be useful.

Literature: Mandelbaum (2007) doi:10.1007/978-3-540-29860-1_2

Implement "fractional" agents

The Erlang97 add-in for Excel implements a "fractional" agents calculation, which can be useful for planning decisions. Although the implementation in the add-in is flawed, the concept is very useful for shrinkage calculations, for example.

Does it work in R Version 3.5.1?

Is it published yet? Or does it simply not exist in the recently updated versions of R?

When I run install.packages("Erlang"), it says it's not available.

Feature Request: Add accounting for abandonment

I was wondering if you could incorporate Erlang-A into the function that calculates the number of agents needed for SL. I'm trying to figure myself how to do it, but I guess you'll be faster.

Thanks.

Errors when applying to dataframe

Everytime I try to use the number_of_agents_for_sl function on a dataframe, instead of just a vector of inputs, it throws an error ala this:
numerical expression has 13930 elements: only the first usednumerical expression has 13930 elements: only the first usedthe condition has length > 1 and only the first element will be used

Do I need to wrap an lapply around it perhaps?

ERROR: a 'NAMESPACE' file is required

Hi there
I just tried to install your package on R3.4.3 and got the namespace error. Could you please let me know what I missed? I've installed roxygen2 as well. Thank you.
