First steps
As you can see the python script extracts data from the html files for the Indo-Aryan languages. The python script is a good starting point and it is not perfect in terms of regular expressions. It would be good to have data to be as close as possible to the html files. Can you start working on improving the script, running the script and fiddling around with regex? You are free to change the script as much as you want.
