Select a secretary for the SCCOC

Bwar was temp hired to backfill the loss of a developer. The purpose of this vote is to offer him a contract formally.

Currently, All Salaried Employees of Pickle Finance receive vested pickles quarterly. They use a strike price of the lowest price for the day on the date of hire. We want to make this a little more robust so that a person hired from one day to the next will get roughly the same amount of pickles instead of it varying a good bit.

Create the initial document for the rules to govern how the SCCOC votes.

Begin discussion on payscale. The purpose is to start with general ideas of the SCCOC members and to develop a set of actions to take to be able to produce a general payscale for team members.
