Did you try
mush-rgb-state-fan: 3, 169, 244or
mush-rgb-state-fan: var(--mush-rgb-green)?

I tried this in a custom theme
Mushroom-Custom:
# Colors
mush-rgb-light-blue: 3, 169, 244
# Variables
mush-rgb-state-fan: var(--rgb-light-blue)
mush-title-padding: 5px 12px 16px
mush-title-font-size: 24px
The padding and font size works, but the fan color does not.

I thought I tried that, but must have missed typed something. I was going off of your documentation which does not have "mush" in the variable string.
