depmap file is too big for GitHub (3.depmpa.R) - check whether we could access the file directly witouth having to dowload it / same for DDG2P file (3.disease_annotations.R)

Script 6.panther annotations
Currently the panther family/class annotations are retrieved from the browser - using the bioconductor package we get the different classess that need to be mapped to the protein family ontology - more info and links on the script

(4.disease_annotations.R) - it currently uses an omim file that I generate separetely - I'll share the code to do this shortly, it would be good to query the morbidmap directly
