Sticky posts show up in chronological order rather than at the top of the post list.

The WordPress REST API returns post published dates in ISO 8601 format (2016-11-06T23:35:00) which isn't very human-readable. They should be converted to Gregorian format (November 6, 2016) and displayed that way.

If you change your permalinks settings to anything other than 'pretty permalinks' with a category base of 'category' and a tag base of 'tag', the links to individual tags and categories no longer work. This is because the category and tag bases are hard-coded. We need to be able to fetch this setting from somewhere.

Page titles aren't being updated or even rendered.
