I'm assuming this only applies to server-side processig, right?
A simple option to have jsdom return the body.innerHTML
should be sufficient. (And a fix in metadata.js).
We should probably start usingn a proper CLI option library like yargs.

The only weird thing is that all scripts at the start of the fragment (as we have it with the metadata script) will be move into the head by jsdom; this is, I think, per spec (browsers do it, too).
But if we then just grab the body, we will lose the script tag.
I guess we could move them all back manually
