label:enhancement separate plantuml jar and plugin jar

Could it be possible to have a plugin distribution not including plantuml.jar inside plugin but have a depency to it in the lib folder.
The goal is to be able to upgrade to latest plantuml distibution without recompiling or making a new plugin jar.
You can provide in release both ecapsultated plugin and dependent plugin.

implement Plugin instead of WikiPlugin (Deprecated warning)

got warning using ltest jspwiki
hu.pmamico.jspwiki.plugin.PlantUmlPlugin implements deprecated org.apache.wiki.api.plugin.WikiPlugin

Please contact the plugin's author so there can be a new release of the plugin implementing the new org.apache.wiki.api.plugin.Plugin interface
