Current implementation will cause JIT to be disabled on PHP 8.0, because OPcache doesn't like it when something overrides zend_execute_ex.

PHP 8.0 introduces a new Observer API which allows tracing enter/exit of functions without smashing the stack, and more importantly won't cause JIT to be disabled.

This will permit the extension to be disabled when statically compiled.
It could also be considered to implement an INI-controlled max stack depth provided that the performance hit from doing so is not too large.

Stack depth needs to be tracked per fiber. If an application uses many fibers and doesn't return to previous contexts to unwind the stack, the extension will incorrectly count up the stack depth until it (erroneously) overflows.

I'm not sure what the proper solution is for this yet.
