Intégration des données d'obsocc dans occtaxv2/ synthèse

Je propose un script bash pour l'intégration des données dans occtaxv2 ou dans la synthèse.

C'est un travail en cours qui n'en est qu'à ces débuts.

Pour l'instant le script fait les actions suivantes

  • création un base obsocc à partir d'un fichier dump
  • création une table de correspondance entre les etudes et les protocoles et les jeux de données
    • la définition des jeux de données et la correspondance dans cette table est à faire 'à la main'
  • intégration les données sur les organismes et les utilisateur.

Cette issue à pour but de centraliser les remarque, les difficultés rencontrées et les solutions proposées.
