我的订阅页面，建议可以直接跳转媒体库

如果需求可行的话，需要 /api/subscribe/list 接口返回如下字段：

id 剧集ID
serverId 媒体库ID
baseUrl 媒体库地址
serverType 媒体库类型
或者直接服务端返回各种媒体库中的观看地址

BUG：添加订阅之后，也查询到了，但是没有后续了

应该是下第一个才对，看日志也没发现报错

如何部署？

滚动体验优化

是否考虑将首页和下载管理页面的加载更多改为无限滚动，提升双端用户体验

微信推送

能不能在微信推送里加一个种子添加到下载器成功的推送
如果可以的话，加上从哪个站点，种子资源详细信息，就更好了
