match episode by part of name or expression to support feeds that include parts of one episode as seperate entries.

Currently this is a problem with nano- and tt-feed

It could be, you have missed an episode of one of your favourite video-podcasts, which applies especially for non-news-feeds. This option will enable you to list and watch earlier episodes

• list episodes with option -e
• choose interactively by pressing a number
• optional parameter for this option: [-e [NUMBER]]

by using mpvs ability to use youtube-dl.

• parse youtube-channel-rss

implement new option -w|--wait [duration] for current episode; the check interval should be one minute. If duration (in minutes) is not given "weo" should wait until fetched feed contains a current episode otherwise it should timeout after duration has expired.

Implement following options for easier configuration in "~/.weofeeds":

• add: "[-a [FEED [FEED_URL]]]", if FEED and FEED_URL is not given, it will be asked interactively
• delete: "[-d FEED]", FEED is mandatory to delete a feed.
• modify (edit): "[-m FEED [FEED_URL]]", while FEED is mandatory, the new FEED_URL will be asked interactively.

To watch the latest unseen episode of a video-podcast, "weo" needs to track all seen episodes. Additionally the user should be able to specify wether it should ignore earlier unseen episodes by configuration and option

• implement tracking in "~/.weofeeds"
• optional option [-c| --current] to ignore unseen episodes, to overide configuration option below
• configuration option "ignore_unseen: true" (default) in "~/.weofeeds" with default

This issue preseeds #4 for easier feed-management.
