Message label changes via the apps only sync locally when a message is also moved to another folder

Expected Behavior

If a label is added/removed to/from a message using the web or mobile app, the next time mbsync performs a sync the local message should have the appropriately updated keywords.

Current Behavior

The keywords remain unchanged locally. Only moving the message to another folder will cause mbsync to download the new message body and therefore obtain the new keywords.

Possible Solution

  1. When fetching messages, compare LabelIDs from the API to those stored locally in the Bolt DB.
  2. If different, mark the message as changed (e.g. change its UID) so that mbsync will be forced to download the message body again.
