I am thinking about adding NOVACraft, which adds its own phantom, and we got netherlicious phantom, we can add their block variants and use them in IC2 press in roller mode to create a pressurized phantom membrane gel, after that we can cook it to turn it into wing layer, crafting it with a glue ball in middle with XNX/NGN/XNX recipe to craft an elytra wing. to craft a full elytra player will need to craft 2 wings with some kind of string(?) in the middle, WIP
