Automatically reflect changes on the demo page

Maybe we should trigger a git pull on the server whenever changes on master are made. Right now what is on the repo is not reflected on the server, which is quite undesirable.

@polonel tell me if you are ok with this and if you can set up a GitHub trigger to have it update automatically without further actions.

Provide an actual demo page src

Right now this repo contains the resources that I've downloaded directly from the browser, as I didn't have proper access to the sources. The html file contains some javascript modified attributes and is quite messy overall.

@polonel if you have the original resources it would be nice to have them instead of this browser-parsed copy.

Reflect current "duration" parameter behaviour

Right now if duration parameter is set to 0 or null the notification will be displayed permanently until manually dismissed. This behaviour is not reflected on the documentation.
