The workflow release.yml is referencing action actions/checkout using references v1. However this reference is missing the commit a6747255bd19d7a757dbdda8c654a9f84db19839 which may contain fix to the some vulnerability.
The vulnerability fix that is missing by actions version could be related to:
(1) CVE fix
(2) upgrade of vulnerable dependency
(3) fix to secret leak and others.
Please consider to update the reference to the action.

We need to do an official tagged release that people can reference from a bundle.json.

Additionally, we need to add a CHANGELOG for future changes. When the CHANGELOG is added, we need to add a CI task to validate that the CHANGELOG file is validate (like pony-stable and ponyc have)

There are two to install curl that is required for tests against current ponyc release. Once the next release Docker image comes out, curl will be included and then not needed anymore.

Once ponyc 0.44.0 is released, pr.yml needs to be updated to use release not nightly.
