How To Install This Plugin In Visual Studio 2015

I run into this plugin at https://tutorial.ponylang.org/getting-started/what-you-need.html

I have used Visual Studio for only several times at 6 years ago in CS classroom. I really have little knowledge on using VS. Many changes have also been made in VS at these years. Frankly, I do not know how to install this plugin in Visual Studio 2015.

Could you please give more description on how to use or install this plugin in VS?
