when running this commend as following
tar -vxzf app.tar.gz -C ~/qlauncher/
it shows =>
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format

Last 3 weeks app was working without any issues, yesterday it crashed and eve restart doesn’t get it back online

Always found the error in the log file. But the node is alive.

If there is exited status, surely port 443 or 32443,32446 will close, how to order the status is not exited

QLauncher can't stop correctly after running /opt/qlauncherV2/qlauncher.sh stop

Poseidon Developers @yh are working on a new function to ensure Qlauncher stops successfully after entering the command.

Some user may experience unstable Miner Level switch after they have been upgraded to Water node.
This may due to IPFS pod restart and service unstable. We will further investigate into this as soon as possible and update progress here.

It's a known issue that storage will be reset after update QLauncher version or Miner Level(switch between Water Node and Vapour Node).
IPFS storage is going to be reset by it and affect Mining Contribution reward.
This issue will be fixed in next version of updates.

I found one of my nodes that "Basic mining income" is incorrect on 7/6 (Pic 1), check the reason is IPFS service stopping(Pic 2). Actually, the service works as well(Pic3). And after that ( around 30 mins) everything is back to normal(Pic 4).

The question is whether the IPFS calculation also looks at 22 hours, or only at the point of settlement?

In addition, there is a phenomenon, the storage space of this node was floating in the two days. In the previous statement, suddenly became 0 GB and then look again in the morning, it slowly came back. The number is always up and down in yesterday.

Tried Qlauncher on Linux (Pop OS 20.10), successfully generated a link to the QR code for binding. But the app scan get nothing when I tried to scan the QR code shown in the web page.

If reinstall, qlauncher can work.

I have been running qlauncher since v1 on a 160TB nas (truenas). Up until a few days I have had no issues. I started having issues with rewards so I decided to reinstall qlauncher. Now I am getting a "/mnt/qlv2: wrong fs type" every time I try to install it. I have done everything I can think of to find the problem but since nothing has changed on the storage server, or the ubuntu server running qlauncher I am really not sure where to start. After installing it it shows up with 70gb of storage in the app instead of 100tb.

My environment met all the hardware requirement and I was running nodes for several months. Now I did new installation from scratch but the installation script is "Killed" and I can't continue installing qlauncher.

Please take a look on the screenshot below:

My hardware specs are:

4 vCPUs Intel Xeon E5-2680v2
16GB of RAM
16TB of storage
10Gb internet redundant uplinks
Dedicated node for Poseidon Network

Two issues

1. This issue is making my system unqualified. I am guessing this issue is related to issue 2 with ports? I was not able to find info on opening the ports on stand alone. It showed for AWS & Google Cloud.

So I was told by Discord Help to create a ticket for this issue here. The machine went from running fine for over 48 hours to "IPFS NO" & "<22HRS" on its own. I have attached details about the terminal below. Please see whats the reason for this issue? This is the second time this has happened with no reply to my first ticket which lead me to do a complete reinstall and starting from scratch but has happened yet again.

I don't know if it's a problem. After Poseidon-network finished adjusting on 6/28, my storage space dropped to 0. Then I restarted it on 6/29, but the storage usage speed is several times slower than the other nodes or compared to itself in previous week.
