I am starting a project with react and I want to fire events from components rendered in react to other components from different teams also rendered in react (or not in some cases).

In other words I need the ability to

• publish events from a react component
• consume those events from another react component

Any help from your framework would be nice.

This is an undocumented feature of react with permits to pass data/functions to a whole component substree without to have to set properties everytime.
Undocumented because it still has some bugs on edge cases, but it is already used by popular frameworks like Fluxxor, ReactDI ...

This could be handy because I guess your whole application will probably use the same channel, or at least could use the context channel by default if provided, eventually overriden by the props channel
