Hey all! Love the functionality here.

We want to use PostHog as our primary analytics and CDP, source of truth for events, and drop Segment.

We are super close with this integration. Would love for this to push cohorts as user tags into Intercom.

Currently events are only sent when there is an email, but we could use the person info tied to this distinct_id.

Workaround: Pass email in as an event property, the easiest way to accomplish this within posthog-js across the all events would be to register it as a super property posthog.register({'email':'[email protected]'})

Hi PostHog Team!

It would be helpful if there's a Session Recording link beside a user in Intercom. If we click on it, it will take us to the session recording in PostHog. FullStory<>Intercom integration has this functionality. Thanks!

It would be awesome to have PostHog forward the custom metadata included in the events forwarded to Intercom.

I notify PostHog with base events like share then I have a type included in the body so that I can group them or separate them in PostHog.

The problem is that when the data is passed to Intercom, I can't see what type of event it is since none of the metadata is included. Below I included an event sent to Intercom by Stripe which includes some important metadata.

Great work on the integration, I feel it would be much more valuable with this feature though.
