add manual implementation of asort for associative tables

Hi, I'm trying to use jouleit on Windows Subsystem for Linux (Windows 10 / WSL2 / Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS / Intel Core I7), and I get the error:
find: ‘/sys/devices/virtual/powercap/intel-rapl/intel-rapl:*’: No such file or directory

I am wondering if your script is supposed to function under WSL, if you are aware of a workaround, if you plan to work on that...

I had some issues running measureit.sh on Ubuntu 20.04.2, with an error being thrown on the asort function of awk (stating that it was not defined).

root@Ubuntu-2004-focal-64-minimal ~ # ./measureit.sh

I fixed this by installing gawk (AFAIU ubuntu by default comes with mawk?), which included asort.

This might we worth mentioning in the README, wdyt? Or is ther some "awk-version-agnostic" sorting function that can be used instead?
