Ok it looks like raw scintilla can't do it but there is some plugin called jS by GNU GPL which seemingly could do it.

Ok, looks like integrating jS stuff isn't that easy either, actually it's all kinda hard, I'm not sure that it would be easy to make the stuff like scrollbar marks. Some spell-checking optimization would be nice anyway though, guess I'll focus on Hunspell dictionaries for a time being though.

Looks like the best non conflicting way to do this would be to put this functionality in NP++ itself, that's why for now closed.
