Placing Ingots Deletes Half Blocks

Hello!

I've found when placing an ingot over a half-slab/block will delete the block. To replicate this: Place down a half-slab in front of another block. Place the ingots directly over the half-slab by clicking on the block behind the half-slab. The half block should be deleted.

Texture Error

(I'm not good at English,so if I have any mistakes in grammar,please forgive me.Thank you.)
I had a 1.7.10 modpack with this mod and Automagy.And when I held Automagy's redcrystal to right-click blocks,there was a mistake of texture of storing crystal.It should be like this,but it didn't,like this.

Ingots placing when trying to craft.

This mod is in the FTB Infinity Lite pack. It's a cute idea, but usually when I right click a crafting table with an ingot in my hand, it's because I want to craft, and not because I want to bring up the table, sans 1 ingot. I see you're moving on past 1.10, so I'll probably just pull the mod from my server, but something to consider going forward.

Rewrite design

Notes and things to discuss on how the 1.11 version should work.

  • Should ingots be registered at load(1.7 version) or on first ingot use(1.10 version)?
  • If we load at load, should we create "compressed" versions of the ingots like in extra utils that store x number of ingots in one (from x^1 to x^y)
  • We should look into loading the ingot model as a .obj model and just modify the models texture instead of the incode model we have now
    -More configuration of the texture, this is purely a cosmetic mod after all.

Client Crash due to Optifine

Hi, I am not sure if this mod even allows modded ingots to be placed or works with a resource pack, but I downloaded the mod and ran it on my modpack. I placed a silver ingot I think it was down and it froze then crashed my client. This is the error log http://pastebin.com/yNDtDS5R

If it is because your mod doesn't allow for modded blocks that is fine, but if it is something that can be fixed thought i'd send it your way

[Feature Request] Add API to allow cross mod interaction

There's an upcoming mod for 1.10/1.11 that allows for automatic placement of items in the world for them to be used like a chest, having that mod able to work with this one to allow stacks of ingots to be the storage medium and accessible through Applied Energistics so that treasure rooms etc. can be created would be absolutely amazing.

Saving Sprite Names to NBT

Since we are saving the Sprite names to NBT I would assume that it just reloads that's Sprite when the ingot is loaded instead of going through the whole lookup process again. How does this function when the Sprite no longer exists?

Potatoes do not stack

It seems to me that the ability to not create piles of potato is an oversight in mod feature scope.

Invisible stacks and Error executing task java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException

We don't get a crash but instead stackOnStacks stacks are.. invisible and it looks like any ingots we lay down are eaten. I don't have a lot to go on but I'll give you what I can.

All that was done was placing an iron ingot on the ground. In this case the ingot was not eaten.

crash when right clicking Refined Storages items with ingot

Currently playing Minecraft 1.10.2 with
StacksOnStacks 1.1.4
Forge 12.18.2.2166

Whenever I click on a RefinedStorage item (exporter, importer, external storage, etc.) the game crashes
This is on a SP world
Refined Storage has been notified and they believe it to be an issue with trying to "stack" the ingot onto the item due to StacksOnStacks' feature
This appears to happen with all ingots, although I have not tested all of them (only about 5 or 6)
This does not appear to happen when right clicking those items with other items in my hands, just items that StacksOnStacks allows to be placed in world
