My normal mode of working is to mentor more than one team a semester. I need a easy way to accomplish that. Along with that the Summary sample sent by email does not have a team identifier and summary email should have the temporal marker more prominently indicated in the report area. It simply says "Action Items Summary", but I think the date and time should be there also so that at a glance I can see when the summary was made as I compare over time.

It isn't clear to the user that clicking on the checkbox does a save, they expect there to be a save button at the bottom.

Collapse alphas so that it is easy to see all the alpha names
