[ ] Allow to evaluate expressions in commands using the %EXPRESSION syntax.
[ ] Allow to evaluate expressions that contain spaces unsing the %(EXPRESSION) syntax.
[ ] Implement the x, y, and z global variables, that contains the coordinates of the pointed block.

This permission only allows to use the tools they already own. They cannot create new ones, edit them, nor use other player's tools. The only way for them to get tools is to explicitely give them using /ctool give.

Requires #4.

Basically, a group of tools that can be given at once. (Example : a 'terraforming' toolkit would contain brushes, undo-tools, etc.)

• Implement a way to store toolkits and the tools they contain
• Correctly update toolkits when a tool is renamed/deleted
• Add commands to :
  • Create/delete/rename a toolkit
  • Add/remove tools to a toolkit
  • Get/give a toolkit
  • Remove/Clear a toolkit from its inventory
  • Explore toolkits

Basically, all command classes would inherit a 'Command' class that :

• runs the command based on the parameters
• stores and manages help messages
• handles the autocompletion methods

Adding /ctool explore (maybe a better name ?) to manage the command tools using a nice inventory-based GUI.

• List all of the tools in an inventory GUI
• Allow to pickup tools from the GUI to put in the user's inventory
• Support pagination if amount of tools > inventory size.

/ctool give <playerName> [ownerName:][toolName]

Gives the tool toolName owned by ownerName to the player playerName.
If the owner is not specified, it defaults to the command sender (if it is a player).
If toolName is not specified, it defaults to the tool that is in the hand of the command sender.

Because yay, UX !
