Text filtering

Github Issues come through in their raw text format, including things hidden on the github front end such as template HTML comments like in my template:

Would be nice to be able to say in the config for X webhook as Y search/release or remove rule of s/<!-[^>]*>//g

Unit Testing

I probably should add some unit testing to this. I will start reading up on it at some point, but if anyone has any pointers to unit testing in .NET, it would be appreciated!

Feature Request: Webhooks filtering

Currently, all webhooks are forwarded to the Mattermost server. However, there are some messages that I don't want to see being forwarded (e.g. CLA assistant).

Feature Request: Specify what should be forwarded and what not (possibly rather only "what not" in a blacklist kind of thinking).
