As a logged in user, when visiting an asset pair, I'd like to be able to place and order. Simple market order, buy/sell.

Note: For now, ZRX/WETH will be the only supported asset pair.

As a user, when visiting an asset pair, I'd like to be able to see its trade history.

Note: For now, ZRX/WETH will be the only supported asset pair.

The URL of the 0x-launch-kit instance is hardcoded in /src/setupProxy.js as http://localhost:3000 (default config when launching launch-kit locally/for development).

Modify it so it can read it from an env variable.

MetaMask integration to identify users. Some actions require users to be logged, this will be handled via MM for now.

As a logged in user, when visiting my account, I'd like to see my orders. Filtered/grouped by status (e.g: pending, filled, cancelled)
