Hi there, I wanted to say that I have found your UUID generator very helpful, and was curious if you've considered adding a UUID V1 function to your library. Currently I generate UUID's in the cloud using python and the devices mac address, and retransmit the generated uuid1 to the device. It would be awesome to have this generation on-board, and remove the extra network traffic/request, but I don't have the know-how to write it myself yet! Thanks for the great library!

I just need to check if a uuidv4, that I receive as a string, is a valid uuidv4. ESPRandom conveniently has a check function for that, but sadly i first need to convert the string into a vector or buffer to utilize this function.

Maybe you could add an overload that accepts a string and does the convertion for the user.
