As announced in early March, ProtoSchool's new local leadership model centers around events as opposed to chapters and gives local event organizers more flexibility. If you haven't yet done so, there are a few steps you'll need to take as we transition to this new model, especially since it no longer relies on the use of GitHub.

Tasks to complete by the end of April:

• Review the updated local leadership model, including the guidelines on what qualifies as a ProtoSchool workshop
• Review the detailed transition guide for chapter leaders
• Decide whether you'd like us to archive this chapter repo or transfer it to other ownership (details here)
• Subscribe to the ProtoSchool newsletter, checking the box for local leadership updates

@jimcal @Frijol @zebul Just wanted to make sure you've seen a few very recent UX updates so you're not surprised in the middle of your big event this week.

• There's now a landing page for each tutorial, which will make it easy to create links to a table of contents for each
• Users can now click to view the solution to any lesson
• There's now some logging to the console instead of making the users open up the terminal, as in blog lesson 2
• There are now social cards when you share our URL on Twitter and such

I'm sure I'm forgetting plenty, but these are the ones that come to mind. Hope some of this new functionality is helpful.
