🎓 I am Prateek Singh, a final year PhD candidate in Sciences working at CSIR-IGIB at the interface of artificial intelligence and biomedical sciences.
⚒️ My projects involve:
- Deep Learning for classification of Intracranial Hemorrhages
- Deep Learning and Expert decision system based detection of COVID-Pneumonia in Chest X-rays using only pre-COVID data and radiologist expertise (Paper)
- ML based vaccine effectiveness vaccines of whole-virion vaccines through serosurvey (Paper)
- Assessing Omicron burden using sero-data, compared to RT-PCR
