Ideas for balance:
RNGesus bible - List of randomly generated numbers that are indexed based on the time
Mana bar - prevent unlimited use of the time stone (dont really like but possible)
bosses - break through time thing (rare)
Force use of timestone during fights (dont make it a crutch to use) - fast boss attacks to make people rewind and do it again
For boss state storage - Have a state progression and a state that is stored into Point.cs, loading it puts back into the same state of attack
Health travels back in time along with ammo (not sure about dead people yet)
