I was noticing that the Batch status was checked for staleness regardless whether it was Running or Down. So my Down process schedulers were showing as Stale.

I added an if to only check staleness if the scheduler being checked was running. Here is the affected code.

Currently, only the last process scheduler is reported on the status page if there are more than 1 scheduler assigned to an environment.

psoftbeats data source file domainList.csv would be a better format to use for this project. It would also allow both projects to share the same list of domains (a good goal for other projects to use too).
