Currently script will notify admins in case of an exception. User should have the ability, via the CSV configuration file to receive a summary of actions taken and/or complete log file.

This should be optional and defined in CSV

Rather than having notification recipients hard coded in script user should be able to specify custom exceptions contacts directly in the CSV file.

If entry i nthe file is empty then fallback to default recipients.
