Cloud computing Architecture
- The practice of using a network of remote servers hosted on the internet to store, manage, and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer.
- Examples would include: Dropbox, a file storage and sharing system. Microsoft Azure, which offers backup and disaster recovery services, hosting, and more. Rackspace, which offers data, security, and infrastructure services.
- There are also three main types of cloud computing services: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platforms-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Types of cloud link
- Grid Computing - Multiple computer are connected through the same node and if any of them fails it won't affect the other node compare to distributed computing where a computer con interact with other computer here in grid this is not possible.
- Utility Computing - It follow pay per use model which means resoureces are allocated on demand of user as per metered service.
- AWS stands for Amazon Web Services.
- The AWS service is provided by the Amazon that uses distributed IT infrastructure to provide different IT resources available on demand. It provides different services such as infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) and packaged software as a service (SaaS).
- Amazon launched AWS, a cloud computing platform to allow the different organizations to take advantage of reliable IT infrastructure.
- It help to easily upscale and downscale resources when there is sudden boom of requirement.
