This will hold distance from MAZ to transit stop(s) and is used for walk access egress. Right now the WAUX skims are holding our walk access skim data, but these are actually used for some other walk component in the MTC example (I think station to actual boarding location walk distance). I don't think we need to have this level of detail so remove the WAUX variables from the entire model once 'access_dist_transit' field is implemented.

Complete issue #13 before doing so.

There are currently no drive access transit tours in the survey. Probably a coding issue?

Run accessbility.py and figure out why this is the case.

We are currently setting this to 1 in our land use file.

SANDAG's implementation includes a lot of model improvements. Review school location to see if we should use their implementation or borrow from it. Code is here:

MTC example uses field AGE0519, but we should use location/enrollment since we have it.

Survey should have college students going to MAZs with positive COLLFTE or COLLPTE.

COLLPTE is all 0s, so I am assuming we are using full time equivalents in COLLFTE.

The large numbers are causing an issue with larch estimation. Some sort of overflow issue as they are becoming negative.

The MTC example does not appear to have this field. This is 'stugrd_p' in the Soundcast parcel file.

In estimation, there are some transit tours that have really long IVTs. This was causing the estimation to fail. Make those greater than 10 hours unavailable.
