This is not really an issue, but rather an invitation:

For quite some time now I have been using tcom on a 64-bit Windows platform, made possible by a small hack to work around the 32-bit specific inline assembly code in InterfaceAdapterVtbl.cpp. Since MSVC for 64 bit does not support inline assembly, I replaced this file with an assembly source file ported to the 64-bit calling conventions for Windows. Small changes to ComObject.h and ComObject.cpp were also needed.

So if you ever get nagged by Win-64 users, feel free to refer them there - or better yet, just incorporate this stuff into the project.
