The tdo_cpu signal is undriven.
I tried to remove it and I noticed no issues so far.

The input port cpu_clk_i on line 34 has no load, recommend removing port.

There have been some changes in this module. As a result, pulpino does not work anymore.
When you run pulpino update-ips.py you get the following error, as it is also mentioned here:

adv_dbg_if - Could not checkout commit pulpinov1
()
ERRORS during IP update!

Then if you try to run make vcompile on pulpino you also get:

_Compiling component: adv_dbg_if

** Error: (vlog-7) Failed to open design unit file "../ips/adv_dbg_if/rtl/adbg_lint_biu.sv" in read mode.
No such file or directory. (errno = ENOENT)
