hi,
happy to tell I can upload to aprs which logs on soam.aprs2.net but says that
"63 packets received
0 duplicates and 62 erroneus packets dropped.
No colon (":") in packet: 62"
An invaluable feature would be a becon mode.
A simple timer would do, just select a frequency (1 min, 3 min, etc.) and the app would transmit to update your position on the map.
An advanced feature would be a variation of a smart becon. It would automatically send a signal if you move say 20m while walking (speeds below 5mph) or everytime you take a turn at speeds over 5mph, and every 5 miles or so in a straight line.
Hope to see a feature like this soon!
Loving the app so far!

When I click the gear on the APRS Feed page, the APRS Host name shows up in the APRS Passcode field. To enter the passcode, I click on the Host field and a numeric keypad pops up. I enter the passcode. It accepts it and shows ….. in that field (screenshot didn’t capture the …. in Host) and shows the host in the passcode field. I then click Disconnected and all connects perfectly. Just a GUI issue.
I don't recall if it worked with iOS 13.0.
What version of multimon-ng is pulsemodem using?
The logging output says it's multimon-ng 1.1.5
, but it looks like this is a fixed string printed by EZAudio and MultimonHelper.
It looks like this is probably correct according to the included multimon-ng CMakeLists.txt. However, I don't see the file unixinput.m in the multimon-ng source when browsing the 1.1.5 tag.
Any ideas what happened here?
Runs with #2 on iOS 13.1, but crashes on toggling on audio input via "headset microphone." Xcode shows:
PulseCQTNC[1211:318993] invalid mode 'kCFRunLoopCommonModes' provided to CFRunLoopRunSpecific - break on _CFRunLoopError_RunCalledWithInvalidMode to debug. This message will only appear once per execution.
Error: Failed to fill complex buffer in float converter ('insz')
EDIT: Added what may be the actual error.
It would be great if this app was able to connect to the KISS TNC on the Kenwood TH-D74
I changed my call sign and attempted to update Pulsemodem. I generated a new passcode for my new call sign but I cannot get it to go online now. I am having issues with entering the APRS host - the number keypad shows up there and periodically, the passcode is being copied to the APRS Host control. I’ve tried deleting, rebooting the phone, and reentering the setup data. I am running iOS 16.3.
